» Rules & Regulations «
The following rules and regulations have been reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors for Timber Ridge Homeowners Association as of June 5, 2007 and will become effective June 15, 2007. Refer to Association documents for additional items not stated herein. These rules must be followed and adhered to by all residents as well as their guests and relatives. It is the responsibility of
each owner to share these rules with anyone using their unit.

Establishes the procedural duties for the election of directors, conducting meetings (frequency, notification, and procedures), and other authority of the association. The By Laws also address general duties of the Board of Directors.

» ARC Guidelines & Applications «
The duties of the Architectural Committee are to consider and act upon applications for alterations submitted to it, to adopt Architectural Committee Rules and to perform other duties imposed upon it by Timber Ridge Community Association, Inc.'s restrictions.
Please note that upon submission of your application, the architectural committee has forty-five (45) days from the date a complete application package is received (including required signatures, plats, sketches, etc.) to respond with approval or denial.

Special circumstances regarding your property may allow the approval of an application which might be denied at another location, or the denial of one which might be approved elsewhere. The fact that your plan has been approved for use at another location does not mean that it is automatically approved for you. (ACC Guidelines).
